Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Workshop tries to use as few cookies as possible. This policy explains which cookies we set and why.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow sites to remember things about your visit — like your preferences or whether you're logged in.
The short version
- Essential cookies (login session, cookie consent itself) are set automatically and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics and advertising cookies require your consent, which you can give or withhold via the consent banner.
- We don't use third-party tracking cookies that follow you across other websites.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are set when you use the site and cannot be disabled:
-
cc_pref— Stores your cookie consent preferences. Expires after 6 months. -
session— Keeps you logged in as you navigate between pages. Expires when you close your browser (or after 30 days if you choose "remember me").
Analytics (opt-in)
Workshop uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by default. It does not track individual users across sessions or pages. If we switch to a cookie-based analytics provider in the future, that cookie would only be set if you opt in here.
Advertising (opt-in)
Some games may display ads. Advertising cookies, if any, would be set by the advertising provider only after you opt in via the consent banner. We do not currently use advertising cookies that track you across other websites.
Managing cookies
You can change your consent preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions for major browsers:
Disabling all cookies may affect site functionality — for example, you may not be able to stay logged in.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we'll update this policy and revise the "last updated" date at the top.
